Terms and Conditions

These terms describe purchases made through goodluckrr.com.

Operator, products and orders

GOODLUCKRR™ is operated by Hangzhou Duwangxi Information Consulting Co., Ltd. Review product materials, measurements and package contents before ordering. Display and photography can affect perceived color; this does not excuse materially inaccurate descriptions. Orders are subject to payment verification and availability before fulfillment.

Prices, payment and delivery

Review checkout prices, currency and applicable charges before paying with an available method. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation; estimated delivery is 7–12 business days after dispatch. Destinations, methods and shipping charges appear at checkout. Fulfillment may use our own or partner facilities. See Shipping Policy for tracking and delivery issues.

Returns and refunds

Eligible returns must be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Contact support for approval and the warehouse address; do not use the registered address. Customers pay preference-based return shipping. Confirmed product or fulfillment errors receive an appropriate solution at no additional cost. Approved refunds use the original payment method within 5–10 business days after returned goods are received and inspected.

Changes, rights and updates

Request cancellations promptly; no fixed time window applies, and fulfillment progress may prevent changes. Protected content requires appropriate permission for reuse. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Updates apply subject to applicable law; later changes do not automatically rewrite an existing purchase.
